For starters, WHY? 
Or perhaps I should say, WTF is wrong with you people. 
Cheating against the computer is one thing, but cheating other people crosses the line. Contrary to the cheater's common belief, it doesn't make you cool and it doesn't make you better than everyone else. In fact, cheating in multiplayer games makes you a loser. That's right, grab a sharpie and draw a big, fat "L" on your forehead. Why must these people insist on ruining everyone's fun?
 
To this day, these terrible outlaws of the online world continue to plague honest gamers. Even our beloved Counter-Strike is infected. How many men must fall before the skin hacks, aimbot's and other instruments of frustration are stopped?

Cheating not only shows a complete lack of personal honor and respect for other players, it also ruins the game for everyone. Once cheats get as wide spread as they have right now in CS, the game simply ceases to be any fun.

We have logs from our server which is running anti-cheat, so these people were actually caught in the act.
If your on this list and you don't like what you see, THAT'S TO BAD. You shouldn't have cheated in our server!
