UCCR' Shuang Hong or well known with the name  Elaine,  is our

             P u b l i c  R e l a t i o ns  M a n a g e r.   She comes from  south

             of China.   She  studied CAD ( Computer Aided Design ) at  the 

             University of China, and after her  graduation,  she wanted  to  go 

             abroad to broaden her horizons.

             She is a very active girl in school, and she  is  interested in social

             culture, traveling, and arts.

             Here is some comment from her, our cute PR  Manager:         

             "I feel that friendship is the most  important  thing in my life, and

             I won't forget the days we spend together. "
