A native of Toulouse, France, Caroline Desrot started Flamenco classes in Dublin with Ana Castellanos at the Alliance Francaise in May 1999. She was performing with Flamenco y Mas when they made their debut on TV 3's Ireland AM and has since performed in many festivals, local World Music nights, Killashee Hotel, Rupert Guinness Theatre and The Grainstore Arts Centre. Caroline was last seen dancing with members of Tuna de Malaga at Cruzzo in Malahide February 2002.

Over the past two years Caroline has participated in many workshops given by Raquel de Luna, El Tigre, La Joaquina, Elena Vincini and Ana Castellanos. She has also taught classes for Ana on various occasions.
