Juan Martin's singer Antonio Apericido (with Juan & Cuco Castellanos) models the new Flamenco y Mas T-shirt at the Flamenco Dance Workshop at the Festival of World Cultures 2002 in Dun Laoghaire.

Philadelphia - Ana drops in on her teacher Julia Lopez, Director of the Philadelphia based dance company "Flamenco Olé" to take class and to catch up with what's new!

Student/Performer Akiko Hoashi dances her final Sevillanas with instructor Ana Castellanos before leaving for London to her new home and job and hopefully to more flamenco classes! She will be missed and we wish her all the best.

Flamenco y Mas student Monica Seefeldt with Ana and Juan Castellanos at the Sara Baras/Andalucia reception in Dublin's City Hall. In order for some dancers to get the free tickets to the performance, they were asked to dress up for the occasion!

Dame Dr Rosemarie Mulcahy (she recently received the Cross of the Order of Queen Isabela) spent 3 glorious weeks in Sevilla. She danced the Sevillanas and took class with Christina Heeren Flamenco Foundation.

I think you are a good and nice teacher. You have the ability to pay attention to every member individually and managing the group in the meantime. Several friends had to laugh when I told them I did a flamenco lesson in Dublin. Generally speaking you should go to Spain for a flamenco course. At the moment we have to practice a lot the Sevillanas. I do the course at a little flamenco school "El candil". I live in the south of the Netherlands and the place is called Eindhoven. The 28th of June we have a performance with all groups. Very exiting!!! Best regards, Marleen (Driessen)"
