Then I went to a Wizards game at the MCI Center! My host had gotten one free ticket (the regular price was $67) so she was able to sneak me into her backpack. Good thing I am flat! Sorry to say, the Wizards lost but I had fun anyway. Because the Wizards scored more than 100 points, we got coupons for a free pop. Flat Luke at the MCI Center. CLICK FOR A LARGER VIEW

My book today is Dan Marino, Wonder Boy Quarterback by Rob Rubin. I learned that Dan loved football as a boy ... in fact, Dan loved football so much he didn't always do his schoolwork. His dad and teacher told him school was important. Dan listened and he began to study more. He later went to college and became one of the Miami Dolphins' best quarterbacks ever. Boy, I like reading about famous athletes! book_marino.jpg (9628 bytes)
