02/01/2001: Uffington

Uffington, mostly known for the White Horse carved into the side of the hill
We didn't arrive until late in the afternoon, and it was cold. So we didn't hang around to take photos from the best locations

You can just see the horse as the white lines on the left hand side of the hill.
(That's not snow on the ground, it's frost from the previous evening.)
