Louie Gagnon and Pierre Gagnon have devised a short but ample menu,
designed to provide variety without swamping the diner with
imponderable choices.
Louie and
Pierre have worked together in several restaurants in the past
including Berowra Waters Inn , Maggie Beer's Pheasant Farm
Restaurant and Christine Manfield's Paramount
Restaurant. This award winning duo has now brought their
flair to this, their second restaurant.
With several
enticing entrees and a number of exquisite main dishes
Louie and Pierre demonstrate their style and present a
selection of desserts for those who like to top off a good
meal with a sweet surprise. |

The simple decor and
unpretentious style makes dining a pleasure and the restaurant,
which seats 48, is fully booked most nights. It is therefore
essential to book. There is a $2.00 corkage per bottle and no
smoking is allowed until after 10:00pm. |
