In this section, I'll do my best to get the latest pics and news on all our favorite Fletch stars. What they are doing, what they look like, and who has sadly passed away.

Michael Ritchie
Michael Ritchie, who directed both Fletch and Fletch Lives, recently passed away on April 16, 2001. The end came due to complications of prostate cancer. He was 62. Ritchie was born on Nov. 28, 1938, in Waukesha, Wis. and will be greatly missed. "You take what you get," he once said. "Besides, I truly want to make movies that are not films in the art house sense of the word but films to be enjoyed." His work on Fletch will never be forgotten.

Richard Libertini
Richard Libertini, who played Frank, is now 68 years. He most recently has appeared on NYPD Blue last season (shown above). He looks very good for his age. If he cut his hair short, and dyed his beard, he would look almost exactly like he did back in 1985.

Dana Wheeler-Nicholson
Dana appears to be making a comeback not only on film, but also on TV. Dana, who played Gail Stanwyk in Fletch, is looking great. She is on the TV soap "All My Children" and currently staring in the Martin Lawrence film "What's the Worst that could Happen?" due out June 1st.

Chevy Chase
Chevy "Fletch" Chase is looking allot better recently. He's looking allot healthier and happier. He's also been in the public eye too. After appearances on "Live with Regis," "Who Wants to be a Millionaire," and many speaking engagements, Chevy now needs a big comeback movie? Fletch Won? Maybe...but for now, at 58, he is working on Tom Davis' "Hitting the Wall" and the feature film debut of STOMP creators Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas.

Cleavon Little
Cleavon Little, who played Calculus in Fletch Lives, passed away from colon cancer at the age of 52. When he left us in 1992, Cleavon Little left us with the comedy classics "Fletch Lives," "Blazing Saddles," and "Once Bitten" that will live on forever.
