The character you wish to play: Sailor Sky (Paria)

Civilian Form
Name: Shizuka Amanohara (Shizuka=peaceful, Amanohara=sky, heavens)
Age: 17
Birthday: August 29
Astrology Sign: Virgo
Blood Type: AB

Likes:

Rain - Amanohara finds the sound of falling rain appealing and relaxing, and it lulls her to sleep. She also enjoys lying on the roof of her home during a calm rainy night, as she enjoys the sensation of water trickling down her skin.

Solitude - Away from others and their expectations of her, Amanohara finds solitude comforting at times. She enjoys being able to relax without being pressured to do something.

Rest - As hard as Hara strains herself, rest is very important. When she is not working or eating, she is usually asleep. Rest is so important to her that on nights when she is restless she forces sleep on herself with a basic spell or with herbs like chamomile.

Dislikes:

Extreme temperatures - Hara-chan is used to perfect temperatures in her kingdom of Cakrawala, therefore she can't stand the heat or the cold.

Solitude - Yes, this is a dislike, too, for Amanohara gets lonely quite easily, and enjoys the company of close friends.

Confrontation - Hara loathes confrontation in social situations. When someone has a problem with her, she isn't very good at dealing with it, and will avoid them instead of talking things out.

Hobbies:

Stargazing - During her spare time, Hara-chan is quite the astronomer! She spends many evenings gazing at the stars and studying their movements.

Making Jewelry - As most Parian nobility is inclined, Amanohara has an artsy hobby, making jewelry for herself and others. She doesn't wear the jewelry often, but she finds making it fun and relaxing. Her most prized item is a pearl circlet that she made for the queen.

Goals: The majority of goals in Amanohara's life were set not by her but by others and their expectations of her. For that reason, her main goal right now is to find herself; to find her life's purpose.

Good points: Hara is friendly, polite, and a good listener. She rarely puts herself before other individuals. Very determined.

Flaws: Her cheerfulness no doubt will get on some people's nerves. She also feels that she must work and work and work until she succeeds in something, which often causes her to burn out and be too exhausted to help those who truly need her.

Appearance
Hair: Light blue, with dark blue tips. Her hair is long to her knees, and always in a tight braid. She has four bangs on her forehead, and an 'ear-tail' in front of each ear.
Face: Like most Paria, Hara-chan has very fair skin. She has a soft jawline, and medium-sized gray eyes.
Voice: She has a lovely mezzo-soprano voice, which often oozes with cuteness.
Build: 5'7, and -slightly- chubby, but not overly so. Very curvy.
Clothing: When on duty as one of the elite Weather Mages, she wears the uniform blue-gray robe. When off duty, she wears robe-like dresses with angel-wing sleeves and normally in hues of violet, blue, or jade green. She sometimes wears shirts and pants, but it's a rare occurance, for in her kingdom the only females who wear them are in the working class.

Personality

Usual Moods: Always trying to fulfill expectations, Hara-chan is all-too-often trying to achieve goals set before ber by her father, kingdom, and fellow senshi. She does not object to any of these expectations, but almost always burns herself out in an attempt to fulfill them. From childhood, she was taught to grin and bear it, and does so with every task she is pushed to perform.

Character Interaction: Hara gets along well with most of her comrades and associates. She is generally polite, perky, and greets everyone with a smile as though she is a hostess at IHOP. She is genuine in her politeness, and tries to be sweet to everyone. However, she detests confrontation, and will literally hide from someone if she thinks he/she will confront her about something. In these situations, her smile is ladened with falseness.

Hara does not like to impose her feelings on others. In fact she feels that complaining or ranting is inappropriate and unfair to the receiver if shared with someone she does not know well. Around most people, she keeps a smile rather than expressing her own sadness, sickness, or anger. She detests crying in public, and considers it both humiliating for herself and a public insult to those around her.

Others describe Hara-chan as 'a sweet, quiet girl', and that's precisely what she is. She never talks unless she feels she has something important to say. She listens more than she speaks, and for that reason often has an objective point of view during discussions. She rarely initiates conversation, not wanting to be rude by interrupting others' activities. She -always- considers the other person before herself.

While because of her friendly nature people tend to consider Hara their friend, very few know her that well, since she spends more time getting to know other people than the other way around.

Personal Interaction: In private, near her mother and close friends, Hara will release all the emotions she hides from the public. She never has to worry about acting a certain way or fulfilling expectations. It is around her loved ones only that she can reveal the fact that she's human, she has faults, and cannot do everything.

Often this can be extreme, for her close friends sometimes find themselves as a 'punching bag' to her emotional rants, or shoulders for her to bawl on. This can cause many of her friends to distance themselves from her when she needs them most. But in most cases, she tries not to make them feel too horribly, and quickly apologizes if she goes too far.

When she's happy around close friends, she isn't as quick to be polite so much as to simply let loose and enjoy life, without following any protocol of behavior. However, even letting loose she is almost always polite and considerate. It's simply engraved in her personality.

Way of Life: Amanohara wishes to find herself, and that is most important to her right now. She considers her status as a senshi to be only a stepping stone towards her ultimate goal of self-actualization. However, she's very loyal to her friends and to her team, and as long as she remains a senshi she will do her best for them.

As mentioned, Hara is a workaholic, who spends far too much time trying and not enough time relaxing. While this way of life suits her, it also burns her out. She has yet to find a peaceful balance between working too hard and not working at all.

History
Amanohara was born to her kingdom's ArchMage, Akari, and his wife Tenshi. Considering her father's high status, Hara was expected to be a certain way, act a certain way, and, most importantly, develop her inherited magic abilities. She felt oppressed most of the time, and often longed for someone to play with. She met Tsume when she was 8, and they were fast friends until her 13th year, when they had a minor argument and eventually drifted apart. This was all well and good in her eyes, for she became more and more pressured into training to become one of the many Mages that control the weather of the kingdom (and possibly follow her father's footsteps and become the ArchMage), and therefore had little time for friends anyway.

Her magical talent was certainly extraordinary. She found that weather-control magic was not at all difficult to manage, and was quickly accepted into the 'Academie of Weather Magick' from which all Mages graduate. It was an exhausting schedule, and the majority of her classmates dropped out from sheer exhaustion. However, because of her father's status, she continued on, often having to pull all-nighters to pass. Her mother was concerned for Hara and tried to convince her father to let her rest, but he would not budge in his resolve.

But persistence paid off, for at the age of 16 Amanohara became the youngest person to ever graduate from the Academie, and earned her status as a Mage. Now, if she thought that her classes were exhausting, she had another think coming when she began working to control the weather. She spent her days chanting incantations for rain or to keep rain away, and her personal power was drained every evening by the time the nightshift took over. Tenshi was concerned for her daughter, and tried to convince Akari that she should cut down her shift, but Hara's father was far too concerned about family pride and forbade his wife to try to change the situation. It wasn't until Amanohara fainted at the end of her shift, and people began to spread ill rumors about the Shizuka family, that Akari allowed her to take it easy for awhile. As much as Hara wanted to rest, she refused to be considered a failure, and after only a day of rest continued working her usual 12-hour shifts.

Current Situation
Now that she has been chosen as a Paria senshi, Amanohara is living well, preparing for what she considers a better and more important task. Her parents couldn't be more proud, and Hara is happy as ever.

Kingdom
Cakrawala is a kingdom unlike most others, for its weather is under complete control. While the king is considered the most important person in most kingdoms, Cakrawala's king is second in imporatance to the ArchMage. The ArchMage is the head Mage of the kingdom, who leads the other oppointed Mages in controlling the weather for the country. The country is practically covered in farmland, not to mention several harbors, so therefore the weather is very important. The Mages see to it that there is -just enough- rain, and that tornadoes and hurricanes stay away from Cakrawala and the bordering sea.

The class system of Cakrawala is as follows:
Monarchy/ArchMage - The Royal Family of Cakrawala and the ArchMage of the kingdom are considered the most important and high-class people in the kingdom. Cakrawala is currently ruled by Queen Sora, who is fair and just. Shizuka Akari, the ArchMage, is excellent at his job, though his persistence puts a strain on his family life.

Nobility/Mage Class - The Nobility of the kingdom includes distant relatives to the Royal family and those who have Mage ancestors. They tend to be the stereotypical snobs of the kingdom, because they themselves have no particular responsibilities. Mages are also set in the Nobility Class, though unlike the Nobility, they work hard everyday to control the weather.

Working Class - The Average Joes of the kingdom are in the working, or middle class. They're mostly farmers, though in the few cities that dot the kingdom they are merchants and business-owners.

Servant Class - In Cakrawala, when someone of the Working Class loses their means of survival (ie, their job, their farm, etc), they are automatically integrated into the Servant Class. The Royal Family of Cakrawala dislikes the idea of people living on the street, so they formed a system in which all needy citizens can work as servants in the Royal Palace or the Mage Tower for room and board. After five years, if the servant has been obediant and worked hard, the kingdom will reward him/her by giving them just enough money to get back on their feet. It's an excellent system, and so far it has been successful.

Guardian (none)

Warrior Form
Symbol: An arch going upward
Main Color: silver
Secondary Color: sky blue

Transformation Phrase: Sky Magical Power, Make Up!

Transformation Sequence: Hara-chan shouts her transformation phrase, holding her pen high in the air. She becomes a silver silhouette as the background seems to zoom by as a starry night sky. Light blue streaks of light, moving like the aurora borealis, twirl around her body to make the bodice, then around her hands and feet to make gloves and boots. She twirls on her right heel as a gray mist surrounds her. There is a flash of lightning, and the mist dissapates, and Sky is in full uniform, her right arm extended to the sky, her feet together, her eyes closed.

Introduction Phrase: "You have provoked the heavens with your foolish deeds. I am Sailor Sky, embodiment of their wrath!" She says it with a smile, of course.

Outfit (For Females)
(see pic)
From the top, Sailor Sky has a silver tiara with a golden star in the center. Around her neck is a sky blue choker with yet another gold star in the center. She has a silver sailor collar with sky blue trim and yellow ruffles at the end. in the middle of the white upper-bodice of her fuku, there is a sky blue bow with a golden heart in the middle. Her back bow is also sky blue, with a long ribbon on both sides that is silver on the inside. She has a silver pleated sailor skirt trimmed with sky blue. She has knee-high sailormoon-esque high-heeled boots that are sky blue trimmed with silver.

Attacks :

Name: Overcast Mystery
Description: A cloudy mist twirls up from around Sky's feet, twirling up until it forms a cloud above her raised hands. "Overcast..." she shouts, as the cloud extends to cover the entire sky/ceiling, "Mystery!" Here there are several options. From the cloud can come snow, which swirls around an individual enemy, building up around them. OR there can be a downpour of rain, which causes a small flood. OR hail can shoot down from the cloud like little bullets. OR there can be a massive burst of lightning strikes all around the battle area.
Effect: Depends on what comes out of the cloud. Lightning does basic 'lightning' damage, obviously. Snow and hail do basic 'ice' damage, and the downpour of rain does 'water' damage. A basic attack on all sides, though to some it is more of a hindrance than an attack.
Power Usage and Restrictions: It can easily be blocked by anyone who's ever dealt with severe weather. Also, what exactly comes -out- of the cloud isn't really in Sky's control. It's totally random. Sky can do this attack five times before getting drained.

Name: Heaven's Wrath
Description: Sky's eyes go white, and she looks completely enraged, and the wind begins to pick up. Thunderclouds appear in the sky, twirling around each other as lightning crashes above. The wind twirls around her like a tornado, picking her up off the ground. The storm dramatically gets worse and worse, the wind blowing fiercely and the lightning shooting across the sky/ceiling. She whispers softly "Heaven's Wrath." and releases the powerful storm on the enemies, causing lightning to strike in several places on the ground, hail to shoot down from above, and the wind to beat fiercely against them.
Effect: This is a completely disarming attack and can do serious damage to its targets.
Power Usage and Restrictions: Sky can only do this attack when she -completely loses it-. She has to be totally and completely enraged, which is extremely rare for her personality. Therefore this attack will only occur in really serious situations. Also, Sky can't do this attack if she's done her other attack more than once, and will fall unconsious and detransform after the attack is over. It can be held at bay by some earth powers, but damage is inevitable.

Bonus Power (only for Paria senshi): The weather often reflects Amanohara's mood. When she's really happy, it tends to be sunny. When she's terribly sad, it's raining, and when she's infuriated, there's a thunderstorm. Her mood only really affects the weather when it's an -extreme- emotion. If she's just -kinda- sad, she doesn't really have that much control. (This is only in effect when she is outside Cakrawala--the other Mages working to control the weather there wouldn't dare let a mood swing interfere with their plans!)

Weapon: None.
