Small Cats

Major changes were on the horizon. Wicket and Patches had a new house to move into. Moving day was quite scary for them. Once the movers arrived it was time for the cats to go to a halfway house for safe keeping. Patches was so upset that he broke out of his cat carrier and tried to hide. He was put back in and the door was taped shut.  When they arrived at the halfway house they both hid under a bed.

Once in the new house they hid behind the drier all evening. Finally Patches decided to take a careful look around slowly going through the house and checking the familiar and unfamiliar scents. Wicket followed after a bit and both  found the bedroom by morning.

Here Patches surveys his new territory with his outdoor buddy.

After a year of adjusting to the new house they found themselves with a new roommate. Topper joined the gang after spending time in the study.

At first, Patches did not like this new cat and hissed, growled and climbed on the cabinets  over the refridgerator in protest. Wicket was a bit more curious but tended to hide rather than be near the stranger.
