$4.50 Can ship if you are willing to pay it. These wheels are brand-new and unused.
 

Large dwarf hamster cage kit. Suitable for 2-4 dwarf hamsters. Includes home-made 14.5 gallon rubber-maid cage, new running wheel, new critter canteen water bottle, new package of care-fresh OR 2 gallon size bags of aspen shavings as available. new dwarf-glow in the dark exercise ball and a 4x6 inch bag of PMI lab diet 5008 (about a pound of hamster food).

$30 Can not ship this item. I am not making money off of these kits since I have to make them and purchase the items at retail cost. I still want to offer them since I feel they are the best way to house dwarfs even if they are not as pretty as some of the commercial caging options.
