Genevieve Gorder is an interior designer who was featured on the cable television show, Trading Spaces.
I really enjoyed this show, but I was especially enthused over Gen's projects. I really liked the fact that she would
always take a small visual concept, and expand it into the theme for an entire room.
An example (as in the above pic): A game room design starts with a Scrabble board as inspiration. The process of taking a simple, basic design and recreating the idea on a larger scale reminded me of This graphic was created using Adobe Photoshop 7.0.
Gen then paints grid lines on the floor, and has the couch pillows stitched into the likeness of certain board tiles.
