  1. CCNow is the Authorized Online Retailer from whom customers will purchase our products.

  2. Respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. You can lodge complaints on them through us, if the quality is not found up to the mark.

  3. Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.
  4. If ordered flowers / cake /mithai / Chocolates are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake /mithai of equal value. In case of some design oriented goods like Jewelleries, Garments (Gents & Ladies) etc., we reserve the rights to deliver similar looking jewelleries, Garments  in case your the very particular jewellery, Garments design is unavailable. However, generally it does not happen. We always try our level best to deliver the same goods.
  5. In  case of Readymade garments if the particular print / Design is not available in particular brand as shown in the photograph here then we reserve the right to deliver the similar print/designed Garments or the same / similar garments of any substitute high priced Brand.

  6. We reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the  order for any reason.
  7. Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city or town. However, in all metropolitan cities we try to deliver on the same day, within two business days in all major cities & town within three business days in all other places.
  8. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.
  9. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
  10. The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

  11. We will not be responsible for any kind of mishandling of credit card information given to CC NOW, the authorized online retailer, for the orders placed. Please take care that your card is not used in an unauthorized manner. We shall not be responsible for your card being charged in this manner. However if your card has been used without authorization, you should advise us immediately. Do note that TRANSECUTE & CC NOW are Verisign Secured  payment gateways.
  12. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only at Calcutta, India.

Delivery of goods - any place in Calcutta & Hooghly, Howrah, Midnapur, 24 Pgns(N), 24 pgns.(S), Bardhaman, Birbhum, Purulia, Bankura Districts and TATA (Jamshedpur) and Ranchi. On any occasion like Marriage, Marriage anniversary, Birthday, Congratulation or anything else you can send both Flowers & Sweets or anything else listed here to anyone within the places mentioned above. It will be reached on that very day if you want (for this you have to confirm your order at least 3 days back). For  places outside the above mentioned places, please send us e-mail with the shipping address, we will let you know if we can deliver.
  14. Delivery Time - 24 to 48 hours if it's scheduled to be delivered within the places mentioned above, from date of receiving payments (or From the time of credit card transaction). Change in delivery time is subject to natural events ( storms, heavy rain etc. ) , or city strikes (bandh, hartaal) or transport/business strikes. However, Delivery time depends on the availability and inventory of the particular product selected. For Delivery at Tata, Ranchi you should give order before 48 hrs. and for Bhubaneswar it should be before 72 hrs.
  15. If the total values of order exceeds US $ 100 for number of goods to be delivered, then as per the decision of the organisation part delivery i.e. instead of deliver all goods at a time, total delivery may be done in a number of instalments.

  16. For the delivery of gifts / Flowers at Tata (Jamshedpur) Minimum order required US $45 . For the delivery of gifts / Flowers at Ranchi, Bhubaneswar Minimum order required US $75 .

  17. If the product price changes by the time order is placed or the product is not available, we may cancel the order and the corresponding credit card transaction.

  18. Credit card transactions are done through CcNow's  secured server.
