• Right click on the image you want to link to us
• Select "Save Picture As..."
• Save the Picture
• Upload into your server
• Use the code in the textarea just below the button/banner you chose to link us with
• And it should work

I don't think that you can direct link because the image may not work. So I advise you to save and upload... and I don't want you to direct link either.
