WHERE I'M FROM

I am originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee. Chattanooga is a sleepy town nestled between three mountains and a winding river.  In recent years it has gone through a remarkeable transofrmation, and is now being touted as an "environmental city."  Chattanooga is also the site of many famous Civil War battles, including the Battle of Chicamauga, which is dubbed by some historians as the "noisiest battle" of the Civil War.  This is because there were many farms in the area of the battle and, consequently, many animals died throughout the battle.

EDUCATION

I went to college at Vanderbilt which is located in Nashville, Tennessee.  Vandy, although not known for its sports, has managed to put together an excellent basketball program in recent years, and is making marked improvements in football.  I majored in Philosophy at Vanderbilt and minored in Russian, meaning I was all set for an exhilerating career in the food service industry.  That is why I decided to attend yet another school and spend yet another $70,000.  I graduated from Tulane Law School (pictured right) in the fall of 1999.  Click here for some helfpul law school info.

NEW ORLEANS

As of January, 2000, I am living in New Orleans.  New Orleans is home to Mardi Gras, or "Carnival" as it is often called down here.  For pictures of Mardi Gras:

JOB

I currently work as an attorney in the New Orleans area with McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC. I do commercial litigation work, meaning I represent companies involed in litigation related to commercial transactions.  The majority of my clients engage in consumer lending/leasing, including automobile financing.  I also give advice on internet strategies to financial institutions.

Interests

- I like to do alot of hiking and camping
- Football! The Tennessee Titans Rule!
- Baseball - Will the Atlanta Braves ever win another World Series?  Only time will tell!
- I enjoy playing drums, and am looking for a band.  Need a drummer?
