Breath of Life
You will need a partner for the breath of life exercise. The exercise is very simple. All you have to do is breathe. The catch is that you will be passing the breath between you and your partner.
Take a deep breath, plant your lips over your partner’s lips (to seal any space between them) and pass the breath to your partner. To receive the breath, your partner will need to inhale. Pass the breath back and forth to each other in this passionate embrace. You will begin to feel a natural high. If you start to feel too light headed, just relax and take a break.
The Breath of Life exercise is powerful and intimate. If you practice it correctly and with pure intent, you will feel a stronger connection to your partner during the course of the exercise.
Bring the Breath of Life into your sex life. Make it a natural part of deep kissing. Find a rhythm and flow to incorporating it into your erotic experience. When you feel as if you are about to have an orgasm, stop yourself and pass the Breath of Life back and forth with your partner until you feel the orgasmic energy electrify your entire body.
Take the time to write in your journal about your experience with the breath of life. Did you pass through any fears or release any expectations? Were you able to surrender to a deeper sense of intimacy? Did you become aware of new possibilities? Write about it. Talk to your partner about it. Share the connection. Savor the experience. Do it again and again.
