Exercise 4

Breath of Fire

 

 

 

            A partner isn’t required for this next exercise, but if you are working with a partner you can certainly practice doing it together.  Breath of fire is essentially hyperventilating through your nose. You will want to practice this exercise carefully, and if you are beginning to feel like you are going to pass out, you should stop and take a break.

            Sit in a comfortable position and put your hands together with your fingers open and pressed together on your chest.  The best position for this exercise is on your knees as if you are about to pray. Begin the breath of fire. Practice this exercise gradually until you build more stamina with it over time.

            Once you feel comfortable with the breath of fire, invite it into your erotic world. Practice bringing yourself just to the brink of climax, edging off, and circulating the erotic energy with the breath of fire. 

            If you practice this exercise regularly, you will learn how to experience a heightened eroticism throughout your entire body. This exercise will train your body to generate orgasms that are whole body centered without ejaculation instead of genital focused orgasms. When you choose to have a genital orgasm after prolonging the experience and experiencing multiple full body orgasms, the genital orgasm will intensify and deepen.

            The only warning I have to issue at this point is that after mastering this exercise you will no longer have an appetite for mediocre sex.
