By 1992, I had grown out my hair, gotten my ears pierced, and was starting to become comfortable with myself as Kendra (and had settled on Kendra as a name). I had more money and more time and was able to take several new sets of pictures. Many of them capture the image that I was looking for, and Kendra became much more real.
