The last time the Sailors had had any monster problems, it had been on Thanksgiving. Apparently, Larfiz had taken a holiday break because no one had had any monster problems for a while, and now it was Sunday, December 17. Ana and Sandy had come over to Chrissy's, and brought Snowy and Reepicheep (Alan and Matt were out somewhere...probably getting Christmas presents, yay!).
"Hey guys! C'mon in, I've got hot cocoa with marshmallows and everything!"
Chrissy said as they walked in. "Ooh, hot cocoa?!" Sandy and Ana said in unison. When all hot cocoa had been handed out, they began to drink and talk about anything that had happened. Chrissy, however, baby-talked Emily to DEATH!
"Aww, look at the cute little kitty cat! Aww, she's so cute!"
Chrissy said as she rubbed Emily's belly. Everyone else (especially Snowy) stared at her with a look of "how can you possibly go on and on like that?!" on their faces. Then, Chrissy's communicator went off. Chrissy continued to cuddle Emily, who by now had the same look on her face as everyone else.
"Chrissy, your communicator!" Sandy cried. "Answer your communicator!"
Chrissy looked up with a sad expression, and said, "But Emily-wemily wants her treaty-weaties!"
"Chrissy, you pinhead!" Ana shouted as she grabbed the communicator. Katrina's face appeared.
"Hey, I need your help Chriss-Ana , what are you doing on Chrissy's communicator?"
"You don't want to know. Where are you?"
"You know that lake that's really pretty in the middle of the park? It frozen. There's this really weird monster here, so you better hurry up!"
"We're on our way...no thanks to SOME people!" Sandy said, leaning into the communicator's view.
"Chrissy, you heard her! C'mon, let's go!"
Chrissy (who was feeding Emily what HAD to be her eleventh treat), instantly got up and shouted happily, "Let's go kick some bad guy butt!" and they all raced out (Emily was feeling a little sleepy after all those treats, so she didn't exactly race that fast).
When they got to the lake-now the ice rink- they saw what Katrina had meant by, "really weird monster". It had ice skates on it's feet and one hand. The other hand had something that looked like a blow dryer on it. The whole thing was dressed in a whiteish-greyish outfit.
"Dragonspaw Power!"
"Icesis Power!"
"Sandrock Power!"
"Starfire Power!"
"Hold it, freezer trash!" Sailor Dragonspaw shouted. The monster looked up. "Yeah, you! I am Sailor Dragonspaw-"
"Sailor Icesis!"
"Sailor Sandrock!"
"Sailor Starfire!"
"-The champion of justice! I will right wrongs, and triumph over evil! In the name of Dragons, I'll punish you!"
The monster couldn't have looked less impressed. "Oh yeah? Well I'm here on behalf of the mighty Larfiz! Take that!" The monster threw several large snowflakes at Sailor Dragonspaw.
"Eep!" she shouted as they spun towards her, caught on the outside of her fuku (outfit), and pinned her to the ice.
"Hey, you jerk! Symphony Ice Tiger Destroy!" The monster's element was also ice, so it pointed the hairdryer thing at Icesis's attack, and some white stuff shot out of it. It hit Icesis's attack, and shoved it back at her! It hit her feet, and she became frozen to the ice. "Aw, man!"
"You're toast! Moon Love Crystal Formation Spiral!"
The monster pointed it's other hand/ice skate thing at the attack, and the ice skate shot out it's blade! Tons of them! Sadly, they ripped up Sailor Sandrock's attack, and then the whole ice skate shot off! It grew in size in midair, and then landed on Sandrock's upper half, where it tightened. "Mmmmffff!!" She said as she ran around blindly in circles.
"Yo, scumbag! You can't do that to my pals, you-" Sailor Starfire then rambled off a very long list of unprintable words.
"Hey, watch your mouth!" Sailor Dragonspaw and Icesis said at the same time.
"Mmmmffff!!"
"Oh, yeah. Sorry." Starfire ran at the monster and tried to kick it, but it dodged. A long, and very sharp icicle appeared in it's hand that used to have the ice skate on it.
"And the last Sailor Scout says bye bye!" the monster shouted as it raised it's icicle over Sailor Starfire.
There was a sparkle like glitter by it's head.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH, MY EYES!!!!!!!!!! What did you do??!!! I can't see!!"
"Your heart is as cold as the lake! I, the Midnight Caper, cannot allow you to hurt innocent people!" said a guy from the top of the sledding hill about seven feet away.
"Give him what he deserves, Sailor Starfire!"
"Sure..." she said dreamily. "Star Dust Pow!" Starfire shouted, aiming at the monster's feet. The ice it was standing on melted, and the monster kicked around to try and get up. The snowflakes and ice melted, and Sailor Dragonspaw and Icesis got up.
"Draskin Go!" Sailor Dragonspaw shouted, and pointed to the frantically trying to swim monster. Draskin flew over to it, and scratched it with his talens until it disappeared. Sandrock ran around for a few more minutes, then the ice skate disappeared, and she was so shocked, she slipped and fell over.
"Good job, Sailors!" said the guy, who then leapt out of sight.
"Wow, the Midnight Caper...wow...he's so dreamy, did you see his hair? He's just like my old boyfriend Alex no wait he's a thousand times better than Alex, because Alex dumped me!"
Everyone sighed.
~*~Meanwhile~*~
"Wow, I feel really funny...Hey, how did I track snow in the house?" Tim said to himself as he woke up.
~*~Back at Chrissy's~*~
"Mmm, this is very good hot cocoa!" Katrina said as she drank some.
"Thanks, I made it from scratch. I also made some other stuff, cooking is sort of a tradition for Christmas here," Chrissy said as she pulled out cut out cookies (COVERED in frosting and some with sprinkles), and homemade treats. "I found some recipes on the web for cat treats, and of course I also made gerbil treats!" she said happily, handing them out.
"Aww, look at that! Emily cat is eating a kitty kitty treat! Ooh, she's so cute!" Chrissy cried, taking up Emily in her arms and cuddling her as much as possible. Everyone groaned, and sipped more hot cocoa.
