Ep. 6, Season 2
“Ahhh, it’s such a boring day,” Katrina complained.
“I’ve been wondering, have you seen Amarus recently? Because I haven’t seen her in a few days, not to mention she’s not at school.” Ana asked suddenly. Katrina was about to reply; but was cut off by an unknown person bumping into her.
“Oh, I’m so sorry! I wasn’t looking where I was going." The girl apologized.
“It’s ok”. Katrina smiled, “I haven’t seen you around before. Are you new?”
“Yes I am, my name is Carmen….”, Carmen trailed off and suddenly had a peculiar look on her face.
“Uhh, nice to meet you. My name-hey, where’d she go!?” Katrina exclaimed.
All the senshi turned their heads this way and that in a very comical fashion.
“Well, as much fun it is to jiggle are brains around looking for the perpetrator of the disappearing act; I think we should get to homeroom”, Ana stated.
“Yeah, especially since we’re right next to the door!” Mary replied.
The senshi looked at the ‘Homeroom’ sign and sweatdropped.

“Oh look, Chrissy’s already here; and she’s….asleep.” Mary commented dryly.
“Go Chrissy, that sounds nice right about now. Sleep…mmmmm….”
Sandy yawned. The rest of the senshi sighed in agreement and made their way over to the snoozing Chrissy.
Just as Katrina sat down her communicator started beeping.
“Noooo, I don’t want to get up. Go away alarm clock, stop beeping!” Chrissy mumbled as she whacked Katrina.
“Ahhh, Chrissy! I’m not your alarm clock, stop hitting me!” “Wh-what! Katrina turn off your alarm clock so I can get some sleep”, Chrissy whined with a sleepy voice. “I don’t have a alarm clock, it’s my communicator!” Katrina yelled, “As in there’s something wrong, perhaps involving sensh-“ Ana clamped her hand over Katrina’s mouth before she revealed their secret identities.
“Shhhh, have you forgotten we’re in a public place?! You can’t talk about that here”, Ana whispered.
“Oh yeah, don’t worry I’ll handle it”, Katrina giggled nervously, “Nothing to see here everyone, just go back to what you were doing…..STOP STARING AT ME!”
Everyone quickly looked down and adverted their eyes away from her, now and then mouthing things such as ‘psycho’.
“Smooth Katrina, smooth.” Sandy said and rolled her eyes.
“Oh be quiet. My communicator is still waiting to be answered, but we need a private place. I say we check the bathrooms.”
The others nodded and silently headed for the girls bathroom.

“Ok, it doesn’t look like anyone is in here. I’ll go in a stall just in case someone walks in. If they do; you guys try to look casual.”
Everyone but Janine nodded in agreement; she walked passed Katrina and went into a stall.
“What are you doing?” Icesis asked.
“Hey, we’re already in a bathroom. Might as well use it.” Janine replied.
“Instead of commenting, just answer your communicator. That infernal beeping is starting to really get on my nerves.” Mary said.
“Ok”, she walked in a stall and locked it, “Katrina here. What’s the problem?”
“FINALLY!” Shadow shouted angrily, “What if this had been a fatal situation, we all could be hurt! Or the world could be in tremendous peril!! How could you be so---“
“WOAH, woah! Calm down Shadow, I understand that you’re upset. But think about it, we’re in school, we can’t just open are communicators and talk to you.” Katrina said.
“Yes, but still-“, he was cut off by Zalla.
“Ok, I think it’s time for me to take over, Shadow just needs a little cooling down time. Now, down to business. We have located very strong negative vibes coming from the park; we’ve never seen anything like this before. As soon as you can; you must come meet us here, this is a very dangerous and urgent matter.” He explained.
“Alright, we’ll be there as soon as possible.” Katrina said as she closed her communicator.

“Ok guys, did you all hear everything Zalla said?” Katrina asked. Everyone murmured their answers.
“Good. After school let’s meet at the entrance, I’ll contact the other girls, and then we’ll all head over to the park.”
“Good plan, but now I think we should all get to our classes.” Ana explained while looking at her watch.
“Yeah….does anyone else think it was amusing to hear Shadow angry and using big words?” Chrissy asked.

After school all the senshi (minus one) gathered outside (Maria coming from her school) and looked for an alley, making sure it was well hidden from wandering eyes.
“Ok everyone, I couldn’t contact Amarus; so we’ll have to do this on our own. ‘Dragonspaw power!’”
“Icesis power!”
“Hurricane power!”
“Sandrock power!”
“Yui power!”
“Curtain power!”
“Starfire power!”
“Starshine power!”
The senshi transformed in all their sparkly glory, and took off running towards the park. It wasn’t that far away, so they arrived there quickly.
“I thought we were suppose to meet the guardians here? Where are they?” Sailor Yui asked bewildered.
Suddenly two red eyes appeared from inside a bush, “We’re right here.”
“WAAAAAAAAAHHH!” Sandrock screamed in fright.
“IT’S OK SANDY, IT’S JUST REEPICHEEP!!” Sailor Hurricane yelled over Sandrock’s scream.
“Oh”, Sandrock sighed, “Geez Reepicheep, give someone a heart attack; why don’t ya.”
“Sorry”, she apologized.
“Enough chit-chat, we have to get down to business now. Sailor Icesis; we need you to use your computer analyzer to scan the area; and find where the main source of negative energy is coming from.” Snowy explained, “Let’s not spilt up though, I think we’ll be safer as a group. And everyone, be on defense.”
“Right!” Everyone said in firm acknowledgment.
Icesis whipped out her computer analyzer and typed in a few combinations. After that, a compass like image appeared on the screen, and the computer started beeping in a slow rhythm.

The senshi and guardians slowly made their way throughout the park. Heavily on their guards, and also making sure to stay close to Icesis - as she was concentrating on locating the source of energy.
Beepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeep!!
The senshi gasped and started powering up their attacks when they heard that noise come out of nowhere.
“Stop, it’s ok! It’s just the computer - I think I’ve found where the vibes are coming from.” Icesis explained quickly.
Sandrock sighed, “Two heart attacks in one day.”
“Where’s it coming from?” Sailor Curtain asked.
“That tree over there.” Icesis pointed, “But it’s weird, the beeping isn’t because my computer found the target; just the area somewhere around it. Hmmmm.”
The senshi and guardians gathered around her to look at the computer. Just as they were, Icesis started to (while still looking at the computer screen) raise her computer higher. Everyone followed her example and slowly followed the computer screen, as it was raised higher and higher.
Suddenly a frantic noise came from the computer as it found its target.
The senshi and guardians gasped at the sight.

“Well, well, well, if it isn’t the ‘Sailor Senshi’. A mysterious woman dressed in black rags with very short, well-groomed hair sneered while perched upon a tree branch, “It took you long enough; we’ve been waiting here all day.”
“Who are you, and what do you mean ‘we’?” Sailor Dragonspaw questioned.
“My name is Zifral.” She said as she jumped down from the tree, “And even though I have enough power to wipe every single senshi out of existence; which, believe me I have no problem doing. I still have a few partners of the sort. Aksan, Firon, it’s time to make your appearances!” She explained impatiently.
Two figures made their way out from behind the big oak tree. The female (Firon) was dressed in immaculate black clothing, with long brown hair.
The male (Aksan) has husky blond hair and a large scar on the side of his face, he was wearing a beautifully intricate outfit…that happened to be ragged and covered in dust and dirt.
“Oh, and let’s not forget Namonaki, or better known to you as Sailor Steel Kitty.” Sailor Steel Kitty appeared in a black fuku and a smirk on her face.
Dragonspaw stared at her in disbelief, “Amarus, is this why you ‘disappeared’? Because you’ve decided to become evil!?!?!”
“I’m afraid I don’t know what you’re talking about; my name is Namonaki, not ‘Amarus’”, she said coldly.
“How could you betray us like this?” Sailor Starfire shouted angrily.
“Betray you? How could I betray you when I don’t even know you, but I do know all of you are senshi. And that is why you must be destroyed.”
Sailor Yui started, “What-“ but was interrupted by Firon.
“Oh be quiet, and listen to Zifral.” She said while looking admirably at Zifral.

“OHHHHHH!” Aksan suddenly shouted very loudly, making everyone jump in surprise. “I have the perfect plan! Look at the senshi and guardians, you see how they’re all huddled together?” He asked excitedly. “Well, we’ll use the branches of the tree behind us to swing-propel ourselves two feet away from them. Each one of us in different spots, so we have them cornered. And then we will each take about seven feet of Firon’s super strong dental floss, wrap a third of it around our pinkies, turn our wrists to a 45 degree angle, throw it with the wind, and then it will bind their arms and feet; trapping them. And then, and then, and then, we’ll take their transformation lockets from them. Carefully wedge open the lockets; tamper with wiring so they slowly take away their power.” Aksan finished with a proud nod.
The senshi and guardians stood dumbfounded while Firon sighed in disgust.
“That’s…very good Askan, but I think your plan might be a little too complex. Let’s just stick with my plan.” Zifral said nicely as possible.
“And what plan would that be?” Dragonspaw asked tensely.
Zifral laughed, “Well I suppose I can tell you, it’s not some sort of big secret. You see, it’s really quite simple. We hate you senshi; and we’re going to destroy you all!”
“How can you hate us?! We’ve never done anything you!” Sailor Yui shouted.
“SILENCE!” Zifral screamed angrily, “I have every right to hate you! It’s because of you senshi that I’ve been alone all my life!!”
“What?” Curtain asked incredulously.
“When I was little I had five best friends, they felt more like family. We were so close, almost inseparable. Until they found out they were chosen to be the next sailor senshi, and I wasn’t.” Zifral resentfully, “Slowly they started to forget about me, they found new friends that were senshi also.” Zifral frowned, “One day I was so alone and depressed that I went to the queens, I begged for them to let me be a senshi. Let me have my friends back! I knew I had the powers. But no, they refused; they said I wasn’t worthy enough to be a senshi because I wasn’t royalty. And that was the day I vowed revenge.” She ended coldly.
After a few minutes of silence Namonaki smiled evilly, “What’s the matter senshi, finally feeling the bitter taste of remorse? Well good, you should for what your kind did to me.”
“How can you say that? We never did anything bad to you.” Dragonspaw exclaimed.
Namonaki laughed haughtily, “You’re a senshi, that’s bad enough. You’re all the same; just like those former senshi of mine. All they ever did was insult me, treat me like a servant to fight their battles - that they were more then capable of doing themselves. But luckily later on I met Zifral, a fellow senshi hater. Together we will destroy all of you evil senshi!”
“Those are your memories before you met us.” Dragonspaw stated confused.
“Some how she lost her memories, but she must have some recognition of us in her subconscious. Please, try to remember us.” Icesis pleaded.
“Shut up!” Askan impulsively yelled as he ran towards Icesis with a rather large knife. She dodged his attack and threw a ninja star at him, which he clumsily dodged -- the ninja star only grazing his arm.
“AAAAAAAHHHHHHH! OWOWOWOWOWOWOWWWWW!” Aksan screamed in pain, he sank to the ground while holding his arm - tears in his eyes.
Firon rolled her eyes, “Cut it out, and take it like a man!”
“But the wound is bleeding”, he said tearfully.
Her face softened, “Look it’s only a small wound, here--”, she cringed as she ripped a piece of her shirt, and tied it around Askan’s cut.
His eyes lit up, “Ohhh, thank you, Firon!” He jumped up and hugged her.
“No, no, no, you’re dirty! Stop hugging me, I don’t want to be dirty!!” She yelled panicking as her clothes were becoming tarnished.
Askan’s face suddenly changed from joy to a scowl, “You senshi will pay for what you’ve done. This is the second time one of you has damaged my incredibly good looks!” A nostalgic look appeared on his face, “I was the most handsome man back home, all the ladies knew it. They loved me, wanted me; I could have anyone I wanted. Until that ill-fated day when one of you nasty senshi cut my face!” He pointed to the scar on his cheek, “Look at it, it’s hideous! But I got that damned senshi back, I killed her with my bare hands and took her machete.” Askan smiled proudly.
“Wait a minute, you hate senshi because one gave you a scar?” Starfire asked trying to hold back her laughter.
“Yes, you got a problem with that?”
“Uh, no. Other than the fact you’re a wimp!” She laughed.
“Umm, I don’t think that was such a good idea, he looks kind of angry now.” Sailor Starshine said nervously.
“It’s ok, I mean what’s he going to do? Cut me with his machete; that he took from a senshi he killed with his ‘bare hands’”. Starfire mocked.
“ARRRRGH”, Askan screamed enraged as he ran to attack Sailor Starfire.
“Starfire, look out!” Dragonspaw yelled, “Draskin Go!”
“Ahh, Starfire Stellify!”
Dragonspaw and Starfire’s attacks hit Askan dead on with a burst of bright like - after it dissipated, Askan fell to the ground.

“NOOOOOOOOOOO!” Firon let out a blood-curdling scream and ran to the aid of her fallen comrade, “Askan! Askan, are you ok?!”
Askan coughed weakly from Firon’s lap, “Looks like I’m not going to get my revenge after all.”
“Don’t say that, y-you’re going to be fine.” She stuttered.
“No, I don’t think I will. I want you to know, that I always looked up to you. You were the one who I really felt close to.”
“I always felt close to you to, even if I never really showed it.”
Askan smiled, “Thank you.” And he closed his eyes for the last time.
“Askan, Askan?!? Nooo, come back.” Firon cried sadly.
But her sadness quickly turned to anger; she gently laid his head on the ground and stood up. She stood there, shaking with rage.
“You”, she whispered with venom. “You killed him, just like you damned senshi killed my mother.” Her voice grew with her rage, “You’ll all pay for this! I shall have my revenge, for me, my mother…and for Askan!” She was about to lunge for them when Zifral shouted, “Halt!”
Firon nearly fell she backed up so quickly. She looked warily at Zifral. The air around Zifral glowed and sparked. Zifral shouted, “I will not lose another of my friends to you!” Zifral strode towards Aksan and pulled something out. The scouts couldn’t make out exactly what it was but it seemed like a folded fan. Zifral said, “This which is infused of my power must be of some use. Heal him! Bring life back to his breath!”
The glowing increased and all of the scouts were now encircled in the colored air. The air pressure changed and everyone’s ears popped. All was silent. Suddenly Aksan gasped.
The color faded from the air and the pressure returned to normal. The senshi braced themselves. What was going to happen now? Zifral stood up and a moment later Aksan stood up with aid from Firon. Zifral said, “I can never do that again. Don’t ever do something so stupid again. You know how to dodge.” With that said she backhanded Aksan in the face. Wincing with pain he said nothing. Zifral turned to look at the senshi, as she said, “You may think you’ve seen what we can do. This was nothing. Remember that. And you’ll be seeing us again.” Turning to go she circled her arm in the air and made a vortex. The vortex grew to be door sized and Aksan and Firon stepped though. Zifral then noticed that Namonaki wasn’t next to her. Wheeling around she spotted Namonaki… Who was watching herself strut in a window. Zifral took a deep breath to shout when another voice rang out. It was quite breathless and familiar to the scouts. It said, “Wait! Namonaki isn’t real!”
Zifral quickly shouted, “Namonaki is real! And she’s coming with us! Get over here!” Namonaki looked up slightly dazed and pranced over to where Zifral was.. But fell over because she had put on huge high heels. After picking herself up and straightening her hair, she took a flying leap into the vortex. She just barely made it and Zifral went after her.
The senshi were now looking for the voice. And directly behind them was a pale, dedraggled person. She seemed to be an albino. She spoke again, “Namonaki isn’t real… That’s because I’m Amarus. I’m Steel Kitty. Let me show you. Steel… Kitty… Power…!” Nothing happened. Coughing, she tried again. And again. The girls knew this really was Amarus now. It was so like her. The de-transformed and rushed forward to support her. Katrina asked concernedly, “Amarus. What happened to you?”
Amarus explained slowly, “When I was with that other group, the senshi group that treated me like trash.. I met a girl. She shared my contempt of the senshi in general. Her name was Zifral. We were best friends until we found out what the other was. She and her other friends attacked my group while I was away. The one girl who was nice to me, the only decent one of that lot, was killed. When I found out that none of them had done anything I went after Zifral. I searched to find her and kill her. I thought I had destroyed her. I mourned my only friend even as I thought I had. According to Cronus that part of me who wanted to be friends with Zifral no matter what split from the last of me when I saw them again. I have hardly any feelings and she has my senshi power. What are you going to do Katrina?”
Katrina snapped, “What? Why me?”
Mary said, “You are the leader.”
Sandi said, “You should start acting like one.”
Suddenly all the guardians and tuxys ran up. They were all panting heavily. Zach asked, “So.. Where are the bad guys?”
Steve shook his head and asked, “More important. Who is that girl with the white hair?”
Raoul said, “Quite obviously she is Amarus.”
Christian shouted, “What? How did that happen?”
Alex asked, “Yes. I believe we’re missing something.”
Kyle said, “Katrina? What do we do now?”
Katrina stood up and shouted, “Will everyone stop asking me that. If you’re so anxious to ask. We should rest up, see what we can do for Amarus. Have the guardians run scans and ideas to see if we can do anything. And beyond that I’ll take any ideas!”
Luna said, “Well.. That was a little louder than we needed… But thank you Katrina. Maybe you’ll be a good leader yet.”
Zalla said, “Well, let us go home.”
All the guardians and tuxies ran over to their respective senshi to see that they were alright… Until next time!
