Sailor Pluto is named Setsuna. Not much is known about her. She is a solitary and gloomy person. This may be because she alone watches over The Gate of Time. She has done this for centuries and rarely interacts with people. She was briefly intoduced in Sailor Moon R. She has a very close relationship with Chibi-Usa/Rini. They are good friends in both the manga and the anime. Setsuna also happens to be in love with Neo King Endymion. Chibi-Usa's father, even though he has never noticed and is deeply in love with Neo Queen Serenity. That's part of the reason she looks after Chibi-Usa.
