Freemaker Business Plan

In order to alter the unfair phenomenon occurring in traditional business, Freemaker therefore adopts Multi-Level Marketing method in a manner whereby, all profits previously allocated only for intermediate agents are now shared by distributors in a fair, justifiable and reasonable way. This is also provides our distributors an equal opportunity to start from scratch to achieve success. Freemaker’s distributors are of the utmost important in our system in which all of them are able to acquire their expected income as well as develop their own business.

Basic Calculation Principles

Through Freemaker business, your income is calculated based on your total Point Values achieved. All Freemaker products have 2 groups of value i.e Point Values (P.V.) and Bonus Values (B.V.), respectively.

Point Values (P.V.)

It is used to compute the Performance Bonus percentage entitlement.

Bonus Values (B.V.)

*   Your bonus is calculated as Bonus Values x Percentage entitlement of Performance Bonus.

Methods of Bonus Calculation

  1. According to your monthly Point Values, find out Percentage of Performance Bonus entitled from the table.
  2. Your Bonus = B.V. x Percentage of Performance Bonus.
  3. (1 P.V. = 1 B.V.)

1.    Retail Profits: 10% - 25%

    All Freemaker products are set with Distributor Price (DP) and Customer Price (CP), respectively. If you sell to your customers via the Customer Price, the difference of these two prices is your retail profits

2.    Performace Bonus: 5% - 30%

    Performance Bonus given is between 5% - 30% according to your Point Values (P.V.) achieved in the month.

Example 1.

Assuming your personal P.V. in the month is 1,750, at the same time you sponsored 4 distributors and their individual personal group P.V. are 250, 500, 2,500 and 5,000 points respectively, your income will then be:

Your Gross BV :10,000 PV x 30% = 3 ,000

Performance Bonus for 4 distributors (BV)

 

250 x 5%

= 12.50

500 x 10%

= 50.00

  2,500 x 20%

= 500.00

  5,000 x 25%

= 1,250.00
      1,812.50

Your Performance Bonus: RM 3,000 – Rm1,812.50 = RM 1,187.50

3.    Leadership Development Bonus (LDB): 30%

       (Perpetual & hereditary)

1 Vice Manager (VM) 10%
2 Emerald  (EM) 5%
3 Diamond  (DM) 10%
4 Crown (CR) 3%
5 Crown Ambassador (CRA) 2%

Vice Manager LDB 10%

When your group monthly PV reaches 10,000 points and above, with any one of your direct downline’s personal groups achieving the highest Perfomance Bonus %, i.e. 30%, you will then be entitled to 10% Vice Manager LDB.

Emerald LDB 5%

If you have sponsored two 30% achievers in the same month, you are qualified to enjoy Emerald LDB 5%.

Diamond LDB 10%

If you have sponsored three 30% achievers in the same month, you are qualified to enjoy Diamond LDB 5%.

Crown LDB 3%

If you have sponsored five 30% achievers in the same month, you are qualified to enjoy Crown LDB 3%

Crown Ambassador LDB 2%

If you have sponsored seven 30% achievers in the same month, you are qualified to enjoy Crown Ambassador LDB 2%

Example 2.

Assuming your group structure is as above, you are a Diamond Distributor and you have an Emerald, a Crown Ambassador and a Diamond Distributor under you. Assuming that each person has 10,000PV in his/her group.

Your leadership bonus would be:-

VM Leadership Bonus: 10,000 x 10% x 3 = RM3,000
EM Leadership Bonus: 10,000 x 5% x 12 = RM6,000
DM Leadership Bonus: 10,000 x 10% x 12 = RM12,000

Your net total Income : RM 21,000
