You can get paid for the time you are on surfing, and get paid for the time for people who you refered, and for the time they refered. Its as easy as that. All you have to do is fill out a short form and download a small program which usualy takes a few minutes.

At the moment, this is the one I would recommend as it pays in the local currency in whichever country it operates. Currently operating in USA, Canada and UK it means you can promote to people in all these countries, with other countries being added shortly. You need only fill out a very short application form and download a small file which brings up a small unobtrusive ad bar at the bottom of your screen while on-line.
