On a trip to Costa Rica back in the 90's, I saw tons of  little red and blue frogs hopping around on the forest floor.  They were very cool to watch.  Intrigued, I researched them when I got back home.  I found out that they were the Blue Jeans morph of  Dendrobates Pumilio (also known as the "strawberry poison dart frog").
Ever since then, I've been keeping poison dart frogs.  I've learned a lot during that time, but there is still a whole lot I don't know.  There are many people out there who know a lot more than I do on the subject.  But if there's anything I can do to help you learn about dart frogs, please feel free to drop me an email.
By the way.....even though I have tried and tried, I have not yet been able to acquire any Blue Jeans Pumilios.  If you know of anybody who wants to sell/trade/donate a couple, let me know.
Cheers,
Martin
