On a trip to Costa Rica back in the 90's, I saw tons of little red and blue frogs hopping around on the forest floor. They were very cool to watch. Intrigued, I researched them when I got back home. I found out that they were the Blue Jeans morph of Dendrobates Pumilio (also known as the "strawberry poison dart frog"). |
Ever since then, I've been keeping poison dart frogs. I've learned a lot during that time, but there is still a whole lot I don't know. There are many people out there who know a lot more than I do on the subject. But if there's anything I can do to help you learn about dart frogs, please feel free to drop me an email. |
By the way.....even though I have tried and tried, I have not yet been able to acquire any Blue Jeans Pumilios. If you know of anybody who wants to sell/trade/donate a couple, let me know. |
