Well, I will post my review here. Before I start, Tommy has made one of the best soundtracks of all time with this game and I salute him so.

Okay to start off, This game is one of my most anticapated games of all time. I have waited for this game to come out because of Tommy's music and the gameplay that I heard of. The game starts off as you being Gideon Wyeth, A star pilot that works with his famous brother, Ethan Wyeth, who is also a pilot too. They are waiting for Gideon to land at the spaceport where they will finally meet for the first time in centuries, an alien race. They are acting as guards while the ambassador is to confront them. When they meet the race, The race treats them like gods and they announce themselves as Aurelians. They are a race that belives that humans are the most divine race and they are treated with respect and honor. During the meeting, They are attacked by the opposing race in which they call themselves the Seekers. The Seekers want to destroy the last of the humans race and stop the Aurelians from meeting them. Then the space port becomes under attack along with the Aurelian ship.

The graphics in this game are average at most. They have great visual effects like the weapons along with the good modeling of most of the main charatchers but other than that, The game feels like they are all noticeable polygons. The legs are the biggest example of this, The legs feel very out of dimension and kinda awkward shaped. The Seekers' modeling is kind of less detailed also. You can see some edges that need fine tuning. So the graphics over all is average. But what makes up for the graphics is the amazing soundtrack and effects done by Tommy here.

The soundtrack and sound in the game is probably one of the best soundtracks I have ever heard. I would put this up to my Final Fantasy soundtracks. The music is so moving and fluid and brings you into the game itself. The music made the game more of a movie than a game. The music had such a define form and such a great orchestral soundtrack that it doesn't matter about the graphics but the sound of the game. Tommy has done it again and I just hope everyone who has played the game buy the soundtrack.

The controls for this game are decent at best. The controls felt sometimes out of place because at times it took time for me to sometimes accidently pressing fire instead of picking the weapons of my choice. The controls did kind of get jerky from time to time but other than that the controls were very good and easy to understand. Also the vehicles in this game wasn't to my liking. It did feel like Halo but it kind of moved too much to one direction to my liking.

So we now reach to the most important things in nearly every game... The gameplay. The gameplay is great. It felt very cool and agile for you to use a lot of guns in the starting. You can dual wield any weapon from pistols to rocket launchers. I love how he would reload really quickly and just fire away again. The game was very fast and intense. Later, you would get powers and use them. You would start using your powers more than your weapons and you can master them completely. Like, when you mastered Negate, which is a shield, you can start using a forcefield like thing and knock anyone back and not get damaged at all. This gameplay mechanic is good and it creates intresting ideas to combine certain things with certain things.

The problem with the gameplay is the glitches. I found just as much glitches as Vice City had and I mean man, there were a bunch. The camera would sometime go out of whack and the targeting system would go haywire a lot. It would glitch when you wanted to Lift something with the power and it would target something else and be permantly locked into that as a center point and you would move around with it locked on to it. Collisioin detection was a bit off also. The A.I. was pretty good actuallly but your human partners A.I. like those guards are kind of useless. They are smart and all but it took them ages to kill 1 Seeker. I only saw one set of them kill a single seeker because I shot at the Seeker twice. But overall, Glyphx as being a new developer, they did very well indeed. If this game had done a bit more fine tuning a little longer like 1 to 3 months of fine tuning then this game would of been one of the best games of 2005.

Overall, this game is very well done. I felt very drawn in with the emotion that carried on throughout the whole game and it was very cinematic. I just loved how it all ran like a movie instead of a game. If this game was a movie, I would just watch is constanly. The sound is probably the best feature of this game and I suggest everyone to go buy the soundtrack. Also, this game is the first in a trilogy, so go buy it so you can understand the others later on.

Pro:
+ Great Music
+ Great Story(by Olson Scott Card!)
+ Great Gameplay

Cons:
- Glitches Galore!
- Strange Camera
- Certain models are bland

I give this game a 8.5 out of 10.

That's right, die from my bad breath!
