The Xbox 360(posted May 18, 2005)
Good news for all those Microsoft fanboys out there, the Xbox 360 has been revealed!
It was revealed to the world yesterday at E3 during Microsoft's press conference.
The Xbox 360 is white and a whole lot smaller (it got slimmer really) (Finally!), and you will be able to
play your old Xbox games on it (only the top selling ones though), but that's not all.
Of course, there will NOT be built in Wi-Fi, but you'll still use a wireless network adapter
like you would on your old Xbox. It will have a whole bunch of new features that aren't on the Xbox,
and some that are. You'll be able to play online, parental controls, viewing and sharing personal profiles (much like a forum),
credit card no longer required for Xbox Live, free downloadable stuff, ect! I suprise at the press conference was the announcement that
Square Enix would be finally making games for the 360, and their first title would be their MMORPG
Final Fantasy XI. It will be fully Live enabled, AND will be crossed platformed with PC players and also with
PS2 players. They're still making Xbox1 games, so you'll be able to play hot new ones
when they come out soon. More information to come when we get it.
