Thank you for participating in Beneficial Art. We
are expecting a great turn out for the show that will take place October 18
2003 at 162o Delmar. We are going to be promoting the event in much media
including: RFT, Playback, Confluence Newspaper, What’s Up Magazine, KDHX 88.1
FM, as well as an extensive flyer/poster/email/net campaign, and word of mouth.
The Log cabin will be featuring a cash bar, Cummels café will have a booth and
possibly some promotion from Schlafly’s. We are featuring a large selection of
Bands, DJs, a poetry slam, a comedy troupe and possibly an afterhours event at
3am. (note all non wall pieces should be removed from the space by 2 am)
Breakdown of show will take place on Sunday October 19 and
Monday October 20.
There is an entrance fee that will help pay for space rental
and promotional costs.
$20.00 pre-registered
or $30.00 day of show
