In early afternoon the preparations were complete, rehearsals all were finished, and no more could they repeat, the gruelling task of preparation, the constant reinforcement, the blood and tears and perspiration, now it was only the performance!

The seats awaited the arrival of their occupants....

The size of the stage is awsome! (And there are curtains! YYY!) From here it looks fairly normal... but look again, this is section H! NOW look at the stage from closer... To give you some idea... look at the person in a white Tshirt and shorts standing at the other end of the stage on the ground... The camera crew was enormous... 22 cameras in all were prepared to capture every moment, every tap, every note, every glance, every angle. They had scripts, descriptions of characters and costumes... and had rehearsed all day the day before....even the tracks were being double checked and well lubricated!

....and they came from everywhere, to view the spectacle they had been told was more than anything they had seen, 'twould be a wonder to behold!!!

The curtains draw back, revealing the stage.... ...and the unmistakable sounds of the pipe band wends its way through the crowd...
... and finally, the moment that all have come for... the penultimate... with the scrolling of venues on the large screens Lord of the Dance,  Feet of Flames, begins...
