Irish National Sovereignty Cannot Be Diluted
(Letter Embargoed until 26th September 03)
The revelation this week that the forensic science personnel have been pressurised by the PSNI/RUC to take part in corruption to falsify evidence, clearly demonstrates that nothing has changed in policing.
The first principle of human rights is the right to self-determination, therefore the logical conclusion is that corruption follows to cover up the first abuse.
Throughout our history corruption, collusion and murder have been the hallmark of British rule in Ireland. Added to this corruption are the special Diplock courts to ensure convictions based on the flimsiest of evidence. This is a complete abuse of human and civil rights.
I call for all convictions that have been based on this evidence to be quashed given this recent revelation.
I further call for the PSNI/RUC to be disbanded because they are not capable of fair and equitable policing whilst their role includes upholding and protecting the British Governments illegal sovereign claim.
