Fried Rice Noodles with Chicken

Ingredients:
Rice Noodles600gBean Sprouts150g
Chicken Breast300g150gDash
Carrot (shredded)150g

Marinade:
Sugar1 tspOil1 tsp
Cornflour1 tspLight Soya Sauce1/2 tbsp
PepperPinch

Sauce Ingredients:
Light Soya Sauce1 cupPepperPinch

Method:
1.Cut the chicken breast into thin slices; marinade them with the seasonings.
2.Heat up some oil, stir-fry the chicken and then sprinkle some wine. Add the carrot and bean sprouts, saute until they are done.
3.Heat up some oil, stir-fry the noodles and add the sauce. Mix well and serve.
