| Method: | |
| 1. | Cut the chicken breast into thin slices; marinade them with the seasonings. |
| 2. | Heat up some oil, stir-fry the chicken and then sprinkle some wine. Add the carrot and bean sprouts, saute until they are done. |
| 3. | Heat up some oil, stir-fry the noodles and add the sauce. Mix well and serve. |
