| Method: |
| 1. | Cut the smoked salmon into chunks. |
| 2. | Bring a panful of water into boil, add in a little salt and oil, then add in spaghetti, cook until it is soft (around 80% done), rinse and drain dry. |
| 3. | Fry the garlic and onion with 1 tbsp of oil, add in mushroom, green pepper, red pepper, tomatoes and the seasonings, mix well. Cover with a lid and cook over a low heat for about 30 mins. |
| 4. | Finally, add in the smoked salmon. Mix well. |
| 5. | Stir-fry the cooked spaghetti with a little oil and salt in a pan, put it onto a plate, pour the sauce on top and serve. |
