Spaghetti with Salmon and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
Smoked Salmon120gGreen Pepper (shredded)1/2
Spaghetti250gRed Pepper (shredded)1/2
Mushroom (sliced)60gOnion (shredded)1
Tomatoes5Garlic (finely chopped)2 tsps

Seasonings:
Black Pepper1/2 tspMixed Herbs1/2 tsp
Salt1/4 tsp

Method:
1.Cut the smoked salmon into chunks.
2.Bring a panful of water into boil, add in a little salt and oil, then add in spaghetti, cook until it is soft (around 80% done), rinse and drain dry.
3.Fry the garlic and onion with 1 tbsp of oil, add in mushroom, green pepper, red pepper, tomatoes and the seasonings, mix well. Cover with a lid and cook over a low heat for about 30 mins.
4.Finally, add in the smoked salmon. Mix well.
5.Stir-fry the cooked spaghetti with a little oil and salt in a pan, put it onto a plate, pour the sauce on top and serve.

Gist:
1.Don't over cook the spaghetti, check it out by splitting it up, because it can be fully done by stir-frying.
2.Better use olive oil.
