| Beef (sliced) | 180g | Wine | Dash |

| Marinade: | |||
| Sugar | 1/4 tsp | Light Soya Sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Cornflour | 1 tsp | Oil | 1/2 tbsp |
| Sauce Ingredients: | |||
| Sugar | 1/2 tsp | Water | 3 cups |
| Ketchup | 4 tbsps | Salt | 1/8 tsp |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Marinate the beef for 15 mins. |
| 2. | Heat up 1/2 tbsp of oil, stir fry the garlic. Add in the beef and sprinkle with some wine. Mix well and dish up for later use. |
| 3. | Stir fry the tomatoes, pour in the sauce ingredients and bring to the boil. Turn to low heat and cook for about 5 mins. |
| 4. | Put back the beef, mix well and cook for a very little while, thicken with some cornflour mixture if necessary. Pour on top of hot rice. |

| 1. | Don't marinate the beef with salt. |
