Rice with Tomato Sauce and Beef

Ingredients:
Garlic (crashed)1 pcsRice2 bowls
Beef (sliced)180gWineDash
Tomatoes (chunked)4

Marinade:
Sugar1/4 tspLight Soya Sauce1 tbsp
Cornflour1 tspOil1/2 tbsp

Sauce Ingredients:
Sugar1/2 tspWater3 cups
Ketchup4 tbspsSalt1/8 tsp

Method:
1.Marinate the beef for 15 mins.
2.Heat up 1/2 tbsp of oil, stir fry the garlic. Add in the beef and sprinkle with some wine. Mix well and dish up for later use.
3.Stir fry the tomatoes, pour in the sauce ingredients and bring to the boil. Turn to low heat and cook for about 5 mins.
4.Put back the beef, mix well and cook for a very little while, thicken with some cornflour mixture if necessary. Pour on top of hot rice.

Tips:
1.Don't marinate the beef with salt.
