Raisin & Walnut Cookie

Ingredients :
Margarine 227g All Purpose Flour 150g
Light Brown Sugar 1 cup Salt 1/4 tsp
Egg White 90g Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Oil 1 tsp Raisin 170g
Baking Powder 1 tsp Walnut (chopped) 100g

Method :
1. Preheat the oven to 175 o C.  Grease the foil paper.
2. In a bowl, mix the margarine and sugar together, and beat until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.  Beat in the vanilla oil and egg white a little a time.
3. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder over the creamed mixture and blend well.
4. Add the raisin and walnut into the batter, mix well.
5. Spoonful the batter on the greased foil.
6. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or it goes brown.

1. Put the margarine at room temperature and wait until it comes soft before.
