Margarine | 227g | All Purpose Flour | 150g |
Light Brown Sugar | 1 cup | Salt | 1/4 tsp |
Egg White | 90g | Cinnamon | 1/2 tsp |
Vanilla Oil | 1 tsp | Raisin | 170g |
Baking Powder | 1 tsp | Walnut (chopped) | 100g |
Method : | |
1. | Preheat the oven to 175 o C. Grease the foil paper. |
2. | In a bowl, mix the margarine and sugar together, and beat until the mixture is creamy and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla oil and egg white a little a time. |
3. | Sift the flour, salt and baking powder over the creamed mixture and blend well. |
4. | Add the raisin and walnut into the batter, mix well. |
5. | Spoonful the batter on the greased foil. |
6. | Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or it goes brown. |
