| Mangoes | 2 | Evaporated Milk | 1 can (410g) |
| Mango Jelly Powder | 1 box (90g) | Hot Water | 1 cup |

| Method: | |
| 1. | Cut the mangoes into small cubes for later use. |
| 2. | Melt the mango jelly powder into 1 cup of hot water, leave to cool. Pour in stirred egg and evaporated milk. Mix well. |
| 3. | Put the mango cubes into the mixture, put into the refrigerator for about 1 1/2 hours or until it becomes solid. |
