| Egg Yolk | 5 | Sugar | 30g |
| Dark Chocolate | 100g | Whipping Cream | 250g |

| Method : | |
| 1. | Mix egg yolk and sugar and stir until they are creamy. |
| 2. | Melt the chocolate in a small bowl over simmering water at around 50oC. |
| 3. | Whisk the cream with an electric egg mixer 5 mins with high speed or until it will hold soft peaks. |
| 4. | Warm the milk, then pour into the chocolate and mix them together with the egg mixer. |
| 5. | Stir in the egg york and cream into the chocolate until they are fully mix up. |
| 6. | Pour the mixture an ice-cream container and inside the freezer for at least 5 hours. |
