Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients :
Egg Yolk 5 Sugar 30g
Dark Chocolate 100g Whipping Cream 250g
Milk 50g

Method :
1. Mix egg yolk and sugar and stir until they are creamy.
2. Melt the chocolate in a small bowl over simmering water at around 50oC.
3. Whisk the cream with an electric egg mixer 5 mins with high speed or until it will hold soft peaks.
4. Warm the milk, then pour into the chocolate and mix them together with the egg mixer.
5. Stir in the egg york and cream into the chocolate until they are fully mix up.
6. Pour the mixture an ice-cream container and inside the freezer for at least 5 hours.

1. The quality of ice-cream depends mainly on the choice of chocolate.
2. Don't over beat the cream.
