| 1. | Bring the water to boil, add slab sugar and sugar and melt over low heat into a syrup. |
| 2. | Put glutinous rice flour and oil into a deep bowl, pour in water a little a time. Knead it into a soft dough. Divide it into small portions and shape them into small balls. |
| 3. | Bring another pot of water to boil, add in glutinous rice balls and cook until floated and done. Drain for later use. |
| 4. | Pin 2-3 glutinous rice balls with a toothpick. Shallow-fry until both sides are slightly golden. |
| 5. | Mix fried white sesame and sugar up and sprinkle on the glutinous rice balls. Pour dipping sauce on top and serve. |
