Lamb Fillet with Bean Paste

Ingredients:
Lamb Meat300gGarlic (sliced)6
Green Bell Pepper (shredded)1Soya Bean Paste2 tsps
Red Chilli (shredded)1Broad Bean Paste1/2 tsp

Marinade:
Light Soya Sauce2 tspsCornflour1 tsp
Pepper (shredded)Pinch

Seasonings:
Sugar1 tspWater3 tbsps
Seasame OilDash

Method:
1.Slice lamb meat and blend in marinade, saute briefly for later use.
2.Heat up 1 tbsp of oil and fry pepper and chilli.
3.Use the remaining oil to saute garlic, then add in bean pastes and the seasonings, mix well. Stir in lamb meat and peppers. Dish up and serve.
