| Green Bell Pepper (shredded) | 1 | Soya Bean Paste | 2 tsps |

| Light Soya Sauce | 2 tsps | Cornflour | 1 tsp |

| Sugar | 1 tsp | Water | 3 tbsps |
| Seasame Oil | Dash | ||
| Method: | |
| 1. | Slice lamb meat and blend in marinade, saute briefly for later use. |
| 2. | Heat up 1 tbsp of oil and fry pepper and chilli. |
| 3. | Use the remaining oil to saute garlic, then add in bean pastes and the seasonings, mix well. Stir in lamb meat and peppers. Dish up and serve. |
