Sweet and Sour Spareribs

Ingredients:
Spareribs (chunk)500gGarlic (finely chopped)2 1/2 tbsps

Marinade:
Salt1/8 tspLight Soya Sauce1 tbsp
Sugar1 1/2 tbspsCornflour2 tsps

Seasonings:
Sugar1 tbspKetchup2 tbsps
Water4 tbspsBrown Vinegar4 tbsps

Method:
1.Rinse the spareribs and wipe dry. Marinate for 30 mins.
2.Heat up 2 tbsps of oil, stir fry garlic. Add spareribs, stir fry for a while, then add in the seasonings and bring to the boil.
3.Turn the spareribs from time to time and cook over medium heat for 5 mins.
4.Cook over low heat for another 5 mins and until the sauce is thickens.
5.Turn off the fire and cover with a lid for 10 mins.
