Ingredients: | |||
Spareribs (chunk) | 500g | Garlic (finely chopped) | 2 1/2 tbsps |
Marinade: | |||
Salt | 1/8 tsp | Light Soya Sauce | 1 tbsp |
Sugar | 1 1/2 tbsps | Cornflour | 2 tsps |
Seasonings: | |||
Sugar | 1 tbsp | Ketchup | 2 tbsps |
Water | 4 tbsps | Brown Vinegar | 4 tbsps |
Method: | |
1. | Rinse the spareribs and wipe dry. Marinate for 30 mins. |
2. | Heat up 2 tbsps of oil, stir fry garlic. Add spareribs, stir fry for a while, then add in the seasonings and bring to the boil. |
3. | Turn the spareribs from time to time and cook over medium heat for 5 mins. |
4. | Cook over low heat for another 5 mins and until the sauce is thickens. |
5. | Turn off the fire and cover with a lid for 10 mins. |
