Frozen Spareribs 1lb Parsley 2stock

Wine 1tbsp Light Soya Sauce 1tbsp
Pepper pinch

Seasonings :
Honey 2tbsp Lemon Juice 1tbsp
Light Soya Sauce 1/8tsp Water 2tbsp

1. Wash the spareribs and pet dry.  Marinade for about 2 hours.
2. Drain the sauce of the spareribs, cover with corn flour.  Deep fried in hot oil until brown and cooked.
3. Cook the seasonings in slow heat, add in the spareribs and mix them together until the sauce is thicken.  Serve hot.

1. Don't cover the spareribs with too much corn flour.
2. To get better result of the deep fried spareribs, heat the oil before and change into medium heat after awhile.  Use high heat again when you see they are almost done.
3.

To keep the crispy of the ribs, don't cook it too long with the sauce.
