Light Soya Sauce | 1/8tsp | Water | 2tbsp |

1. | Wash the spareribs and pet dry. Marinade for about 2 hours. |
2. | Drain the sauce of the spareribs, cover with corn flour. Deep fried in hot oil until brown and cooked. |
3. | Cook the seasonings in slow heat, add in the spareribs and mix them together until the sauce is thicken. Serve hot. |

1. | Don't cover the spareribs with too much corn flour. |
2. | To get better result of the deep fried spareribs, heat the oil before and change into medium heat after awhile. Use high heat again when you see they are almost done. |

To keep the crispy of the ribs, don't cook it too long with the sauce. |
