Mussels with Garlic

Ingredients:
Deep-frozen Mussels10Chili (chopped)1 tsp
Garlic (finely chopped)1 1/2 tbsps

Seasonings:
Stock4 tbspsLight Soya Sauce1/2 tsp
Spicy Fish Sauce1 tbspPepperDash
Sugar1/3 tsp

Method
1.Defrost mussels and rinse thoroughly, drain well and sprinkle with pepper and cornflour. Leave them for a while.
2.Heat oil to saute garlic and chilli, pour in seasoning mixture and bring it to boil. Put in mussels, cover pot and stew for few minutes till ingredients are done.
3.Remove and arrange mussels on plate, pour sauce over. Serve hot.
