Method : | |
1. | Rinse pork shin after scald to get rid of its fat. |
2. | Core the apples and cut into large pieces. Wash the fried figs. |
3. | Bring the water to boil and add all the ingredients and simmer for about 2 hours. Season with some salt and serve hot. |
