Apple, Fig & Pork Shin Soup

 
Ingredients :
Apples 4 Dried Figs 5
Pork Shin 600g Water 8 cups

Method :
1. Rinse pork shin after scald to get rid of its fat.
2. Core the apples and cut into large pieces.  Wash the fried figs.
3. Bring the water to boil and add all the ingredients and simmer for about 2 hours.  Season with some salt and serve hot.

 
Ideal For :
1. It can reduce body heat, and helps to retain good complexion.  Ideal for the dry autumn weather.
