Soak the mushrooms until tender,
trim and squeeze out excess water. Soak
tangerine peel until tender, scrape off
membrane and rinse. |

Soak the dates and remove its
stones. Wash the walnuts and peanuts and drain for later use. |

Wash the chicken claws and scald
with hot boiling water for 5 mins then
rinse and drain for later use. |

Bring about 8 cups of water to
boil. Put in all the ingredients, turn to lower heat after boil and
simmer for about 2 hours, season with some salt and serve hot. |
