Nuts & Chicken Claws Soup

 
Ingredients :
Walnuts 40g Peanuts 40g
Dried Red Dates 10 Dried Black Mushrooms 8
Chicken Claws 8 Dried Tangerine Peel 1/4 pc

 
Method :
1. Soak the mushrooms until tender, trim and squeeze out excess water.  Soak tangerine peel until tender, scrape off membrane and rinse.
2. Soak the dates and remove its stones.  Wash the walnuts and peanuts and drain for later use.
3. Wash the chicken claws and scald with hot boiling water for 5 mins then rinse and drain for later use.
4. Bring about 8 cups of water to boil.  Put in all the ingredients, turn to lower heat after boil and simmer for about 2 hours, season with some salt and serve hot.

1. Black mushroom can control the amount of cholesterol and also has the anti-cancer element.
2. Walnut can strengthen our kidneys and lungs, and give us good complexion.
