Soak dried tangerine peel until soft. Scrape off inner
membrane and rinse for later use. |

Rinse and drain haw, cereal sprout and barley malt.
Put them into a soup pocket. |

Rinse pork shin after scald with
hot boiling water to get rid of its fat.
Cut into large pieces. |

Put all the ingredients into the soup pot. Pour in
some water and bring it to a boil. Turn to medium heat and boil for
about 3 hours unit the ingredients are tendered and the soup is
thickened. Season with some salt and serve hot. |
