Pork Shin Soup with Haw & Barley Malt

 
Ingredients :
Pork Shin 520g Haw 20g
Cereal Sprout 10g Barley Malt 10g
Dried Tangerine Peel 1 pc

Method :
1. Soak dried tangerine peel until soft.  Scrape off inner membrane and rinse for later use.
2. Rinse and drain haw, cereal sprout and barley malt.  Put them into a soup pocket.
3. Rinse pork shin after scald with hot boiling water to get rid of its fat.  Cut into large pieces.
4. Put all the ingredients into the soup pot.  Pour in some water and bring it to a boil.  Turn to medium heat and boil for about 3 hours unit the ingredients are tendered and the soup is thickened.  Season with some salt and serve hot.
