| Light Soya Sauce | 1 1/2 tbsps | Sesame Oil | 2 tbsps |
| Sugar | 1/4 tsp | ||
| Method: | |
| 1. | Scald the prasley, bean sprouts and carrot with a little salt and oil till done. Remove, drain and leave to cool. |
| 2. | Place them into a deep bowl, stir in seasonings, transfer on a plate, sprinkle fried sesame. Serve. |
