Assorted Vegetables with Sesame

Ingredients:
Prasley (shredded)225gCarrot (shredded)75g
Bean Sprouts150gFried SesameSuitable

Seasonings:
Light Soya Sauce1 1/2 tbspsSesame Oil2 tbsps
Sugar1/4 tsp

Method:
1.Scald the prasley, bean sprouts and carrot with a little salt and oil till done. Remove, drain and leave to cool.
2.Place them into a deep bowl, stir in seasonings, transfer on a plate, sprinkle fried sesame. Serve.
