MethodĄG | |
1. | Cut winter melon into thin slices with rectangular shape. Bring suitable amount of stock to boil, soak the winter melon slices for 1 min, take out and drain for later use. |
2. | Clean the broccoli and cook with the stock, take out and drain until it is cooked. |
3. | Put some carrots, mushrooms (shredded) and golden mushrooms onto winter melon, roll up and stuff into bamboo fungi. Steam the fungi rolls over medium heat for 5 mins. |
4. | Arrange the fungi rolls and broccoli alternately onto a plate. Cook sauce till it is thicken and pour on the steamed fungi rolls, place crab roe on top for decoration. Serve hot. |
