Stuffed Bamboo Fungi with Vegetables

Bamboo Fungi 8 pcs Winter Melon (skinned) 240g
Broccoli 80g Carrot (shredded) 50g
Golden Mushroom 80g Fresh Black Mushroom 50g
Stock Some Crab Roe Some

Salt 3/4 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp
Water 4 tbsp Corn Flour 1 tsp

MethodĄG
1. Cut winter melon into thin slices with rectangular shape.  Bring suitable amount of stock to boil, soak the winter melon slices for 1 min, take out and drain for later use.
2. Clean the broccoli and cook with the stock, take out and drain until it is cooked.
3. Put some carrots, mushrooms (shredded) and golden mushrooms onto winter melon, roll up and stuff into bamboo fungi.  Steam the fungi rolls over medium heat for 5 mins.
4. Arrange the fungi rolls and broccoli alternately onto a plate.  Cook sauce till it is thicken and pour on the steamed fungi rolls, place crab roe on top for decoration.  Serve hot.
