Forever Holme
< ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
Young American, Rachel DeCourt inherits a beautiful mansion in the English countryside from a distant relative.  One Christmas eve she is caught in a terrible blizzard and she meets Elijah, a mystery man who seems to just appear out of the ether. He is cold and freezing to death as he is not even dressed for the plunging temperatures and relentless snow.  She invites him to stay at the mansion, and is drawn into a tale of mystery, magic and undying love and passion.

She listens to Elijah's story of how he arrived at Forever Holme from a time in the past, when he was master of the house and a great Earl. We find that he has come to save her.  He tells her of his childhood, of his brother Perceval, of his time as a gypsy, and of his involvement with a secret Rosicrucian society.  As the story progresses we find out that Rachel herself ends up back in his time but having lost her memory, is taken in by none other than Elijah's twin brother Perceval who turns out to be a very evil man, cursed and possessed by a demon, who is not interested in her but only interested in creating a "Magic Child" for the demon to possess.  It is down to Elijah to save her from Perceval, and the child she carries, and to help his brother rid himself of the demon before it achieves omnipotency.  An omnipotent demon such as this would have disastrous consequences for the entire world.

However there is far more to Elijah than anyone had realised.  He is a master of fire, a Rosicrucian Imperetor, and is on a cosmic mission far greater than even he himself realises.  Through the help of Count St. Germain and his guides through life, Elijah realises his mission and where his brother and Rachel fit in with it all. He realises his true cosmic identity and brings the world into a new age.

Throughout the story we travel through time and witness flashbacks and follow the story of Elijah DeCourt and his twin brother.  How their demonic father abused them, and how they became close as brothers yet torn apart.  Both brothers have to make difficult choices in life and love.

The tale ends in a great fire as with Elijah's namesake from biblical times, Elijah the Tishbite... but what has Elijah the Tishbite to do with Elijah DeCourt?
