Astral Shifting

Some people, believe, that humans, have more then just one physical body. And one of those body is called the astral body. Whenever you hear about astral travel or out of body experiences, this is what it is refering to. If you are still not familiar with any of these psychic related stuff, I'll explain some more. The astral place, is like this whole, planet and more. There are plenty of sites, about such information, and I've provided a few links, at the end of this page. At the astral plane, one can do quite a bit more that they could at real life. I've heard that an astral body can go through walls, and easily change it's shape, to name a few things. And I'm sure that there are plenty of people, who had conversations, there, to proove that it isn't some figment of their imagination.

Since I haven't been there, I can't xactly give you much information, on how to Astral shift, but I can guide you to people that claim that they have.
