Aiming to congratulate interesting sites by particulars and to recommend them to the eventual visitor we have created these awards for any site that may deserve it and whose owners have spent time and will to make them as good as they are. Next to each award thou shall find a link to the distinguished urls if any yet.

Awards available at the moment:

HISTORY

Awards for those sites about ancient history, Middle Ages, modernity and tradition until the W.W.I. A humble bow from us for their authors.

HISTORY AND LEGEND

Aimed for sites with complete information on uncommon subjects. Historic and mythic facts and variety of information on the chosen topics.

ORIGINALITY AND DEDICATION

Those sites with new ideas and capable of displaying 'fresh' material without coping it from other sites or texts. An award for those pieces of art that their owners have developed in their free time.

The Fortress' Roll of Honour

For the Best sites in their own way and subject, this distinction is for all those that have explored deeply the chosen topic and that provide a reasonable variety of traditional and fresh information on the matter.

If you want to apply for the award or want to suggest any site, please send an email with your name/nick, the url of the site, the reason why you consider the site deserves the award and a line-long description of the subject of the place. You may recommend more than one site. We will visit the site as soon as we can. If emailing does not work, you can leave a message in the guestbook.

Remember, to apply for any of our awards, the site must not have contents unable to be seen by people of less than 18 and follow the usual recommendations: non commercial sites, the smallest quantity possible of broken links, it must respect the copyright of other people, the page must be readable (no white fonts in yellow background), the vocabulary must be fair enough, etc., etc., etc... Things you already know.
