We watched this baby seal who was alone from it's mother for about an hour. She was probably searching for food, but never came back in time. We watched the baby work its way back to the ocean and flop around in the water. We were afraid it may have drowned. No one is allowed to intervene, it's against the law. We "hope" it some how survived.
