These were shared with me by KarenD from Mom's Time
1 1/2 Cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
3 cups quick oats
1 cup coconut
6 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
Boil together sugar, butter, and milk. Remove from heat.
Add oats, coconut, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
Drop by teaspoon full onto wax paper covered cookie sheet. Refrigerate till firm.
Store in refrigerator.
